Mark Germack, DDS launched his own private practice at the start of 2018. He needed a site that spoke to the needs of patients who live and work in downtown Seattle.
I worked closely with his wonderful partner-in-crime Ji-Young to figure out what would make Mark and his practice stand-out. We focused heavily on being as transparent and forthcoming as possible, giving perspective patients all of the information they need and give them a good sense of what the experience of getting a root canal with Mark is like.
